1) One custom digital illustration

3) One Digital worksheet with additional journal and writing prompts and questions to ignite further self exploration.
4) You decide each month if you wish 1) to do the work privately using the Reflection Card and worksheet prompts 2) if you wish to share your digital worksheet responses, 3) discuss your reflection revelations in commUNITY by joining the monthly Support Circle.
5) Access to an optional Virtual Monthly Support Circle, Zoom into You.
